I know this is exactly what I should not been feeling, but this is not getting any better. Schumer et all are not going to advance Safe, in fact they seem like they will do anything to stop it, yet there is no mention of their bill.

It doesn't have to be fully decriminalized for canopy to enter the US. Canopy has a lot of discretion on when they can enter the US and when they can't. There's actually language in the deal written with acreage but canopy can waive all conditions and take over acreage even with no bills being passed. If safe gets past I would put the odds at 99% that canopy triggers the deal.

I was trying to understand the logic around delisting from nyse or Nasdaq, makes sense but I suspect if that were to happen lots of investors would see this as a negative not being on a big exchange and fud will kick in even higher for the uninformed like myself.  Another thing he noted was that he doesn't see anything happenening on the legalization
