Hello Longs,

 Thought I would chime in as we circle the proverbial toilet bowl.  Bonjour, and his alias are working over time, even Mick and his are back.  5.5 years Ive been here, and its as nasty as I could ever  imagined.  Cgc is likely 100M shares short right now, with close to a billion in cash.  

The ability to stomach this isn’t easy, the market tells us all is lost, give up hope, and throw in the towel.  That's the very definition of retail capitulation.  Down 17% in 4 trading days.  What do you even say to that?  If you have been in these cycles before, you are made of steel, and will do well with investing in the future.  Buy low, sell high. 

Some facts: 95% of mso’s holder’s are retail.  Here its mostly STZ, and institutional owners. The rest are us retail.  AKA easy targets.  Look at the volume lately, its phenomenal it's not the kitchen sink, it's the entire house.

Catalyst to move us forward?  Safe won’t happen, and they know it.  Hence this toilet flush sector wide.  What’s far more likely, is after the human infrastructure bill is finished.  Schumer works in a comprehensive mj reform and slides it into a budget reconciliation, that’s palatable enough where you can get all 51 Democrats on board, and Biden.  If you give up the safe right now, you can't use the safe banking as part of a budget reconciliation bill. Get it?

Polls are horrendous, and it's going to be political suicide for him to remove the safe act right now, with doing something better later.  Remember, the black vote got them there, and they ALL know it, even Biden knows it.  Schumer is up for reelection. They're definitely going to lose one if not both chambers, and they know it.

We are way past over sold.  Is Wall Street engineering their entry point?  The amount of money that gone into this is shocking.

No point to guess.  Many routes are possible.  All I know, is he has until the end April to figure it out.  Ie, with a speed of how Washington works, he better get started on it right after Christmas.   If you see Biden start to pardon people who are incarcerated for non-violent MJ crimes next week, the Safe is a go in ndaa.  If not, then its finished.  We'll

A decent post Westcoast, althoughi think you fail to recognize the most critical point. The ONLY hope of any progress was Dems controlling the Senate. With this delay, which will be significant, in all likelihood Dems will lose that control via midterms, which effectively kills ANY progress on the mj front. I can't be any more blunt here. IT'S OVER.
