Would someone please post how the Banking Bill if passed by the Senate could affect Canopy's opportunity to enter the US.

Most of the larger Canadian Cannabis producers already have a foothold in the US either through acquistions, partnerships or physical assets; Canopy, Tilray and HEXO just for starters.   Once the Banking is freed up the US Companies will have better access to funds for new partnerships, deals, expansion, etc which will likely bring benefit to the Canadian Companies that are positioned ...more

The SAFE Banking Act...Once passed, it would open the door for Canadian companies like Canopy Growth, Aphria Inc. and Aurora Cannabis Inc. to enter the U.S. market. Safe Banking Act will speed up the process for full on legalization!  Most definatly descheduling of Cannabis!  Schumer hates this bill he is selfish and wants all the glory to himself is the only problem!

Schumer running outta time.  Mid terms coming.  voters are tired of the political BS.  they will vote the dems out if they dont start accomplishing stuff citizens want.
