Bumping up my own posts....

Due to the HUGE amount of irritating spam, piles of garbage, obvious pumps & just all around useless noise being perpetuated on this forum, i've decided to bump up my most recent post that was unfortunately lost in this messy jungle. I STRONGLY advise anyone who has a vested financial interest in this company or sector, to read the following & follow the link provided. It will be well worth your time. I usually don't repost or bump posts in this fashion, but considering the stakes, the amount of novice investors lurking and the determination of some dubious characters on these boards to both mislead & misinform naive folks for personal financial gain, i think it is fully justified & warranted. The choice is yours. Repost below.

"For most savvy investors who follow this sector or know what they're dealing with. The financials were less than stellar because Canopy is facing the more or less same issue as everyone else in the sector. Too many players, too few availble resources and balance sheet issues along with a skewed demand/supply problem. For WEED, the main problem is their long term debt & decling market share, these two things are killing the company. After these dismal numbers, they have NO CHOICE now but to restrucuture their $2B debt load. Putting this off any longer will be very detrimental for the company long term and may put them in a position where they're are forced into it with no control over the process or outcome. So better to do it now before someone else does it for them. Most of it will most likely get converted to equity to at some point & i see no alternative for s/h. Bit the bullet now before it's fatal. I encourage all Canopy investors to read my post on the Hexo board today, as it has some relevant info ther that involves WEED. It may help you to understand some macro & micro factors at play here and what is required for the industry (and Canopy) to be set on the right path. Link below for those interested."

I read your post on the hexo page. My question is why do you think cura or trul would be interested in any canadian LP? If you combine illinois, michigan and arizona you have approx the same annual weed sales as all of canada. There is way bigger fish to fry in the US then there is in canada. That alone tells me that no us mso would even consider buying canopy or aphria just to riun their balance ...more

The Canadian Producers have been up and running under Federal Legalization for a few years now. They have had the opportunity to build, refine and test many products to see what works best with consumers.  A few of these companies have formed partnerships with large US Companies and are well positioned for US Legalization actually kicks in (eg Canopy / Tilray and HEXO Corp).
