Seems high? A month ago retail holders lending were getting .25 basis points now it's 3%. The house adds 3% to the borrower. So I would estimate it's roughly costing a short 6%. 2 years ago I was getting around 25% so making it 28% to the borrower. Where are these numbers coming from? That was rate 2 years ago.
