A fair question, but essentially the answer is no.  Safe banking is just a step along the way in the process.

This is where Starcrappers knowledge is very limited. Safe would most definitely be a triggering event. Don't listen to this pinhead, he owns no stock short or long and is just a paid basher. He likes to gain credibility by saying he told people to sell at $44. What he fails to mention is after he said to sell at $44 the stock ran to over $70. The whole time the stock was above his 44 cell

Another gift for the accumulaters.  The clean up batter bats 4th for a reason. Eventually it goes out of the park !  Canopy just waiting for that one pitch can't keep intentionally walking as the bases will eventually be full. Grand Slam on the horizon :)
