Well after hours doesn't like it.  I wonder if this money maybe can be used towards an acquisition and or increasing stakes in terascend. I have no clue. Washington is a complete dumpster fire now, flames, pitchforks and all. 5 weeks left for Schumer to introduce his bill. I doubt at this point it will create any buzz.

This almost confirms my fear.  And why I have been sidelined. STZ owns 38%.  Controls the board.  They will take them private at some point.  $3 or $2.  At this point this market in efficiencies is creating a huge opportunity for them.  wana is probably with 1b alone.  STZ is certainly lent their shares out to help drive this down.  Klien selling at $6ish

It may be pretty sweet yp0, it looks like they sold some stock for convertible paper...dilution won't be an issue with the assets like Acreage, Terrascend etc plus whatever else is coming. This going to be a large worldclass company from here on and the best part, at least from what we have seen so far, it is what else is planned and unplanned for US expansion.
