I'm long but safe alone isn't enough. The usa mso's need a repeal of 280e. And their needs to be uplist ing.

It needs to pass the Senate.  Since it was first introduced by Rep. Ed Perlmutter on March 7, 2019, the SAFE Banking Act has passed in the House of Representatives six times. It’s never passed the Senate.
