With SAFE in place Corp America can start to move and do business with Cannabis companies.  I expect it would be fast and furious as I also believe there is more than one big corp down there that wants in and has their hands tied by fed rules at the moment jmho

There is no absolute perfect answer to your question, sorry.  It's pretty subjective at the moment, even for the Cannabis Executives.  You can be sure they are exploiting what they can with the policies in place but at the same time they are limited due to restrictions / lack of progress on legalization.  None of these guys want to get caught stepping over some legal line in the
