I posted yesterday and said clearly this was nothing more than a fluff release that ultimately makes NO difference because it is NOT legalization. Clowns here are SO desperate for anything, that they'll grasp at straws and try and make it sound like something good. Oh well. The market is always there to teach them again how wrong they are.
