As the Biden administration works to conduct a review into the marijuana’s federal scheduling, a bipartisan coalition of congressional lawmakers is asking the president to officially get on board with outright legalization.

It seems like they are already starting to pivot to post safe world. If Safe does not get added to the omnibus, (we should know tomorrow) then the next thing will be desheduling.  keep in mind that similiar letters have been sent to the majority leaders etc in support for safe which as we know went nowhere. This is definitely going to get some attention. The letter is expected to be on the presidents desk next week

Yes, that may be. But we know the president doesn't action all items sent to his desk.  Now when safe is not included in the bill, they will pivot to this and the next thing. If the narrative is that they did not get enough support for safe, etc they are working on Biden.

Agreed I think we see the tide turn soon,  seeing the action on the call volume picking up for next month tells me the larger investors are starting to think that way as well
