there is so many illegal cannabis stores in toronto . why is nothing done about it . going price gor their weed is $50.00 per once . o.c.s. or other legal cannabis cant compete .  if these illegal stoes where selling alchol they would be shut done immediately. why is there two different types of enforcement ?
