The recent Indiva deal for Wana
gummies between Canopy and Indiva doesn't strike me as WEED being on the ropes.
It looks just like a continuation of bargain basement shopping although I am confused about Indiva doing the manufacturing for Canadian supply of Wana gummies ( #1 gummie).
There is wording in there that Canopy has the right to manufacture same, possibly just a protectionist measure to insure supply of a winning sku in the event that Indiva doesn't survive.
This has STZ management influence all over it and doesn't seem like the actions of a failing company, but rather a company strengthening itself with others at discount prices.
The rebound potential of Canopy USA is huge and STZ thinks they can pull this off.
