press release notifications for lawyer's lawsuits isn't helping and is getting as bad on this board as tv commercials interrupting my favorite show.

Most of those lawsuits don't apply to small investors because it is for investors with losses of 100k to 500k.

SAFE news has dropped off and my expectations are low for it happening because they keep complicating it by adding other stuff to it.  It might make it as a pure banking bill!

Very true and it's only for a short duration of time. Unlikely there are many with those losses . Further more it still needs to go to court. These guys are chasing ambulances.
