Maybe you are unaware of how a hedge fund takes a profit... they have to buy shares in order to "cover their short"...  exactly how much profit is even possible on a short position?  That number is quantifiable.

Exactly when do you think they will start buying back the position and popping the margin ratios on everyone who in not part of their hedge fund ?

What happens when there is more than 1 hedge fund and they are not partnered up ?

It's interesting. It's risky but less risky down at .50 than at $5. A lot of new short posters. You can always tell when this happens.
