Thanks for posting the link, unless I missed it, he's still not addressing the elephant in the room, the dreaded reverse split!!! IMHO

Well he highlighted that the company is indeed selling product into the US already (through a partner) and he did comment on their current cash position.  He also commented on potential partners, that's good to hear IMHO. On the topic of the reverse split / consolidation, ya' he kind of skirted around that.  Currently the company has until Jan of 2024 to address the NasDaq

It was a good video and strategically steered clear of the consolidation issue and certainly didn't give anything about why the merger of Canopy and Acreage is not happening. The earnings picture is futuristic as it will happen some time in the future and that story is getting old too. Serious hard decisions had to be made to cut workforce and get rid of the losers to leave a lean, mean

So realistically, if we get Safer and rescheduling what would be the point in restructuring under Cusa now? This is a complicated and expensive move, and then just as expensive to move everything back under Canopy. I'm sure their legal firm likes the idea.  I heard excuses about road blocks in reporting combined Financials, big deal, other than reporting what would change?

Good point!  The US government is so dysfunctional that this could continue churning for the 9th time??? Klein has suggested that it is going to happen and they aren't waiting for legalization or decriminalization. They did manage to do the Acreage deal though so where there is a will there is a way! Running around with hockey bags full of cash is so cartel but I guess they could pull

Agreed geo, the dysfunction is stunning but then again with this 'collective mess' we see today the cleanup is necessary as long as the adults have the reins when the music stops. Acreage will be a winner, especially as it is a going concern with what appears to a substantial high quality producer ready/ producing Day 1 of the final Canopy operation and industry of the 'unlegal'

Pretend you had alot of credit card debt and you focused on paying that off as quickly as possible. If you were taking every dime you made every month and were putting it towards your debt how much would you be showing as a "profit" each month from doing your job ? The same holds true when companies use the money they get from selling product to pay off their debt Hope that helped
