This has become too easy to predict:

Step 1:  shorts drive the price DOWN
Step 2:  shorts cover driving the price UP for 1 day
Step 3:  SHORTS DRIVE THIS BACK DOWN

literally zero ability to hold even a penny of a gain. This one is done.

WEED is TOTALLY dependant on The USA getting their act together, which could be many months into future - or - even after the next election. they need this to get the loses under control. UNLIKE HITI which is 95% dependant on Canada ( and 5% on Europe ) which is another reason  why one is a BUY nad the other is NOT!
