Recent SP movement

Apparently the recent SP movement has to do with what's going on in Germany regarding potential Cannabis legalization.

There was also the Veterans Cannabis Bill, I posted a link for that one. The HHS rescheduling on Cannabis (news expected in Nov), Cannabis SAFER banking ACT nov / dec?  The qtr report is also due on the 9th. I'm moderately Bullish on the report so looking forward to seeing if that in itself gets the shareprice back to something decent.
