Who decides the price after the reverse split comes into effect.   Meaning... Continued shorting, Possible increase in share value. (a first).  Won't benefit Klein or his shorting ream.  Rare.  Or shareholders.  Not that it makes a difference.  Everyone will know if it goes up or down 10 cents, still talking penny.

Whatever, sell, don't sell.   If we're lucky we get positive re-scheduling news and all the mj stocks go up.  If no news or negative news, or bad earnings, or dilution, it goes down.
