Even Ron DeSantis came out and said that he would pass MJ Legalization laws in FL if that is what the people vote for.  He's GOP and stated the he (personally) does not favor MJ legalization however, as a representative of the people, he will go in the direction of the majority.

Repeated surveys show over 70% of Americans are in favor of legal Cannabis.

It's a WHEN not an IF regarding Cannabis Legalization and that WHEN will be very rewarding for those with patience.

The problem is: the When will come in little drips and drabs - reschedule to iii is BS - they should do what canada and others have done - legalize across the board. fork the hhs, dea and anyone else

You want it all in one shot?  Where's the fun in that ? All this back and forth about "Legalization"  then "Delay" then "Legalization, then "Oh, More Delays" sends the shareprices of Cannabis stocks bouncing all over the place.  IMHO that's opportunity. One of these days it's going to be real and yes, it will jump and it will sustain
