Seems like companies that includes Canopy refuses to comment on what is and about to happen over anti-dumping coming from Israel and a TAXATION which will be the option against ...

Israel complaints are about a Canadian closed market and not allowing imports 

It would be the death to Canadian Producers if Canada implemented the imports to happen ... This fact a lone gives the Isreal Gov't and their local producers a leg to stand on against Canadian dumping !!!

Expect new taxation on imports from Canadian Producers and once this happens the other jurisdictions will be watching and evaluating same scenario 

THIS WILL HIT COMPANIES LIKE CANOPY / TILRAY HARD

Not sure what your analogy of old is ??? Seems to be in the CURRENT category when the company refuses statements about CURRENT issues that WILL EFFECT future earnings ??? Same old investors not being able to figure out that does or doesn't effect their money until it is toooooooooooooo late cause they sleep behind the wheel !!
