I will be voting in favor of this based on my understanding that the move will advance Canopy's positioning within the US market space.  The topic is covered on YouTube by The Dales Report channel and may be covered by others as well. One of the TDR videos also have the Canopy CEO discussing the topic. Here's the reality on this one folks, it's a bit of a complicated move and

There was just a 1 for 10 share consolidation and now you are voting in favor of authorizing the issuance of an unlimited number of shares.
