Interest in the sector is coming from comments made by Harris regarding rescheduling. More news or even continued coverage on the topic will spur on additional interest. To predict the market is difficult however I will say that if you're looking for that price then remain as patient as possible for as long as possible and try to monitor the news for additional progress.
