The truth is the White House can't really just order rescheduling or descheduling to be done its the DEA with the final decision and even then it could take years its already been 50year for this law so how many times has this industry got its hopes up just to be let down? how many times in just a year? Theres no magic wand that will have this passed this year. Congress is having trouble just passing a budget

I am taking into account the 88% of US States that already legalized to one degree or another.  I believe we have 3 more states with pending votes to also legalize.  Eventually we will see virtually all 50 states with legal Cannabis. What will the US Federal Government do then?  I see them as having little to no choice but to legalize Cannabis on the Federal Level -> Majority

Great points  I would add they should save money as well in prisons, drug enforcement and policing.

Yes, true, the list of benefits to Americans is long.  The tax money for government is a big one and so is job creation. Every dollar in sales tax (in theory) is a dollar Americans do not need to pay in other taxes
