Anyone wanting / needing your shares will tell you to sell, anyone wanting the shareprice to hold or rise will tell you to hold or buy... That's forums for you.

Do yourself a favor and determine for yourself how long you are willinging to hold your shares for and what might (within reason) happen within that time and how it could move the SP. 

Once you sell under your average your loss is then real, not just on paper.  That's a decision you have to make as both profits and losses are based on actions you take.

The Canopy USA news is pending so that's one, you can read up on it's over on the Canopy Growth website.
