Q- Not sure why you keep posting this info. It was always in the hands of the DOJ. DEA works for the DOJ. This is not NEW news but just a rehash of the obvious. What is different in this news release?

I am simply posting current articles of interest, don't feel any need to stay current with information related to an investment you may have or may be considering, that is totally up to yourself. Up until today the chatter has been that decision to re-schedule was in the hands of the DEA.  That chatter was around ever since the HHS letter of recommendation was issued to the DEA

Rescheduleing is in it final phase.  Pending announcement from the DOJ in the very short term.

The DEA had this since Sept. 2023.  Which now makes the timeframe for them to have a conclusion basically this this month normally 6-8months for when DEA receives documents from HHS a decision is made. And well we are in month 8 and hence the president Biden calling for them to get it done ASAP and VP Harris urging the same.

Rescheduling will likely (IMHO) occur well before the US Election, I frankly do not care if Kermit The Frog has the job to do it, as long as it gets done.
