darn i sold a couple days ago

so no 80% for me today, but got trul and gtii instead for 30%.
so does this mean weed will be federally legal and the deals with wana and acreage can be finalized as a result of this rescheduling?

Still a ways before full legalization. I am hoping for Safe and the State Reform act will be implemented next year and then full legalization in 2026. Great day however. The process has begun.

Here is an interesting fact. When HHS recommended the reclassification of cannabis to Level 3 on August 31 2023, the short position of Canopy was 3.5 million shares( post split). The stock went to $26 CDN and closed at $23 CDN after that announcement.(post split) The current short position as of April 15th is over 9 million, more than double what it was back in August.
