Is 19.9% of a bankrupt company who's lender SNDL has queered the intent of the loan deal, presumably emulating Constellation/Weed's gameplan of conquer and steal worth zero or will we still owe the debt? Constellation Brands seemed to be the first to come up with these sneaky takeover deals with changing terms depending on which way the wind blows for pot stock companies such that you can ...more
