It looks to me that the shorts are now  in control, once again. They are trying to get cheap shares before October. Therefore, the question is: Should we buy more? Considering that re-scheduling is due to be announced in October, it seems reasonable. Opinions?

Shorts seem to always be in control..if not them the day traders or hedge funds..  the investor has as much chance as a worm in a stocked pond.. shorting needs to stop.. jmho
