Klein needs extension vote cause he does not have the required votes to give himself and his merry band of flunked a pay    raise ..This non - profit company that has no MONEY to pay for Klein / bandits let alone a pay raise ..
How about offering a SOLID WELL KNOWLEDGEABLE new CEO that is willing to right this floundering company that is willing to do the job with LESS and a reduction in pay ???
I wouldn't give them any opportunity unless they start to provide a fix and a company turn around

I sense a lot of truth in your post.  If this doesn't go in favour of Team Klein, the suitors might show up but with deep pockets and short fingers. Without the required votes, the longshot deal put together to conjoin Canopy and all of the other pieces is probably dead in the water.
