News moves the market
We can argue about which piece of news ramped up the cannabis sector today but regardless of which one it is, the fact remains that it occured.
News today is that that cannabis moved up.
Like it, love it or hate it, a shareprice that moves attracts both new traders and investors.
For tomorrow I would expect volume. I will also be expecting the market will, as it always does, set the price.
