yup, should climb next week as earnings get closer.. wouldn't be surprised to see 1.75.. earnings will have to be very very good though or I think it will pull back.. had a pretty good run already..

WITH NO DIVIDEND I THINK IT WILL GO HIGHER THAN LAST TIME..so in reality if things keep going which they are ..both usa and canada housing are big time...next will be asia again...
