WEF not buying?

Management, most money magagers and retail investors all make the same mistake.  They buy when things look great and SP is high.  I'll try to find the refernce.

I agree with what you say and hope to buy WEF as soon as I free-up a bit of cash.  However, I will point out that you or I buying this pig at a couple of bucks a share a few years ago is fundamentally no different than WEF management furiously buying back shares at share prices much higher than they are  now.  If they had been clever, they would have held cash in interest-bear ...more

If they knew  lumber prices would crash and they'd lose money all next year, crashing their share price they probably would have held off. Easy to look in the rearview mirror and say it was dumb.  I would hope they bought back shares because consensus was that they were undervalued - at over $1..  but now that they took on like 85 million in debt to keep the business running ...more

Their debt is old debt for the most part.
