Recession is underway and WEF will fall to at least $0.30 later in the year when tax loss selling starts.

What are you talking about? That article just said that certain people were uncertain about the extent of the recession. I've been calling for recession and WEF to drop for a while. Big purchases are being put on hold. Won't rise until next year.
