the future of WEF

hi Board 

What is the future of this company. I hold shares since 2020. We seem stuck at 0.44 cents. Will this company survive ? and if so what are your thoughts about the sp coming back to over one dollar?
Or is this company in trouble? I looked up the book value its about 1.75 or it doesn't mean anything?

I think it will sell off into the end of the year but next year looks promising.
