Hopefully losses are behind us.

Forecast cautiously optimistic.  Industrial market prices going up. Chine going up a bit.  Japan and Canada flat.

The response over the whole quarter will be upside from here .   I believe most tax loss selling has occurred. Prices are firming and going up at least slightly.  The losses this year will return taxes paid on profit from previous years. Should portend better.  Consolidation in the industry may attract a takeover attempt. There are positive catalysts.
