I absolutely love the share buyback program in this situation. Shares are cheap so its the best time to repurchase them. It will add buying pressure and reduce the float. We have the cashflow to do this. I hope it kicks in soon and I'll watch the reports for this. CTS just started this as well and I am expecting a slow and steady rise from them. WELL is a gem. Way to much negativity on this board for a fast growing name.
