Oh my God, that's 25% premium, not discount. Can't believe my eyes. We should be seeing a high jump today. Last time WELL had private direct placement from Mr Li in summer 2020 the sp jump by $1. That placement was at 0% discount.

How often do you see a financing at a premium to current share price?  Usually its a discount, and I wouldn't have minded that at all.   Great way to start the week; didn't see the news on my trading platform, or on this board, but in a feature article in the Globe and Mail!    The big complaint people have about technology growth stocks is that they only have ...more
