WELL Health To Acquire Ontario-Based Health Services Provide

WELL Health Technologies continued with its expansion by acquisition strategy this morning, with the firm announcing it will be acquiring ExecHealth. ExecHealth, whom is a provider of primary care as well as executive health services in Ontario, represents the first clinical assets purchased by the firm in the province.

Nice small acquisition.  Corporate and executive segment...this is a highly lucrative sector...anybody know if there are any large players in that segment in the US?

On the other hand, the market seem to appreciate the transactionn that will had nice earning.

But this is their entire business strategy, expand by the means of aquisitions early on. They are doing everything right and the stock price in the last 2 years shows this. You don't really understand how this company, or really the stock market works do you? Actually of course you don't you've been wrong every step of the way :D
