a billionaire financed the combined company at $9.80 - under what metrics that valuation was put together, we don't know, but I am willing to venture a guess that Li Ka Shing's team/fund knows more than anyone on this board. they clearly see SOME justifcation of that price - very likely inclusive of future events which will unfold post-acquisition. if you are of the opinion that WELL can ...more
