CRH M&A (500+ targets, historically $30MM+ deployed annually @ 4-5X EBITDA multiples)
NASDAQ listing
Short position buyback - 5MM shares short as at June 15th. Buyback will spur upwards momentum of the share price.
Digital M&A - Hamed said on the last conference call that WELL will be bolstering the digital side of their business more prior to the US listing. I anticipate another bolt on EMR acquisition like IntraHealth. Do a Google search about the size and projected growth of the EMR market. This is the tip of the iceberg, folks.
Takeover? TELUS Health, TeleDoc? Once the US listing is active, this opens up the door to exit with a sale to a US player. I strongly believe this will happen given Hamed's history. This is the tech way - build it and sell it.
