near term catalysts

ignore the noise and the ebbs and flows of the market. WELL's monster acquisitions have not yet been reflected in the financials and once that happens it will drive some serious inflows into the stock.

  • Q2 earnings - will include some CRH performance as this closed April 23rd
  • NASDAQ listing - Fall 2021?
  • LOIs in play - more M&A coming
  • CRH/MyHealth LOIs - both companies have acquisition programs of their own
  • short position buyback - will drive share price momentum upwards
