reverse split?
is there a possibility this could happen? a 2:1 would reduce the share count to ~100MM and maybe make a takeover or merger more tolerable to a suitor (ie. less premium per share)?
just thinking out loud

What would be the value of the shares for the existing shareholders? $2.50. ?? And what premium would they get to make it a worth whole deal ?

Could a NASDAQ listing require a certain minimum share price, that exceeds the current price ? That just happened to another of my stocks, VLNS. It was a three for one reverse split that is still costing the original shareowners money. I have not yet seen a reverse split that works to the benefit of the current shareowners.

Trust me a Reverse Split is the last thing you would ever want happenening to a stock.

Budd can you explain what you mean? I have never been in a reverse stock split and am curious. Thanks
