Working on something big...
WELL might be working on something big, a relatively large acquisition that is taking a lot of time to conduct due diligence. With all the cash on hand, free cash flow, plenty of room on existing credit lines and ability to increase credit lines as well, WELL would not be off the mark in picking up competitors/assets at these deflated market valuations. Healthcare is a highly sticky, inelastic part of the market.

They can do without the fluff news releases imho They should just focus on the business and investors will see the growth at the quarterly's.

It's a catch 22 - don't send out any reports and people feel like you're hiding something, send out to many reports and people believe you're fluffing. I'd rather have more information than none IMO

it's not binary. provide material news and updates. skip the fluff. if management is truly in it for the long term, then short term stock price noise shouldn't distract them from generating long term signal. so skip the fluff, it is only useful for short termers

Many of them might be liable to buy because of irrational optimism (encouraged by some on this board and other boards).

Interesting you suggest that short term price movements shouldn't concern the management team as it is outside their control and in the very same comment use it to justify your skepticism of the management team. Do you read your comments and think about them before posting?

You got caught saying the polar opposite thing in the same comment and now you are trying to move the goal posts. Pathetic

*sigh* haven't been caught doing anything but being consistently skeptical you've been outed as someone that understands almost nothing about financial analysis. instead of picking stocks, you might as well hit the roulette wheel...
