Whoa K so lets see here

Soo ....this so called company came out with record yearly earnings for 2021 and then recently announced record Q1 2022 earnings. Now common sense would typically dictate with news like that,  that the stock would be on a tear and trading at a new 52 week high. But quite to the contrary its currently trading near its 52 week low. So whats wrong with this picture?

Old saying says: When in doubt get out.

POS sell!!!!

Now common sense would typically dictate that one even carrying out the simplest of DD would appreciate what the following from less than two weeks ago would represent: The following from BNN: "Nearly every member of the Nasdaq 100 fell on Thursday, while about 95% of S&P 500 members were lower." In your mind and as expressed by you, I guess all these companies must be pos?  ...more

Oh palease!! Once again the cheerleaders are out in full force blaming this POS's poor performance on the recent sell off in the markets. I suggest you pull up a chart of this POS and when you do you'll see that last summer this POS was trading at $8 and has been in a consistant downtrend since then. Long before the market began to sell off earlier this year. Any smart investor would know ...more

The YTD charts for both WELL and the TSX are exactly the same ....apparently market forces do have an influence on stocks. WELL, over the last (less than) two years hit $8.00 multiple times. Yes, it has fallen but more recently it has hit $5.00 multiple times ....and is expected to trend back toward $8.00. As ALWAYS ....it only matters when you BUY and SELL, regardless of the advice you gurus ...more

We know this is getting bad when people who are long CBDT are now pumping WELL. Can't make this stuff up loool  CBDT is by far the biggest joke in the entire market and even the people behind it laugh about morons that invested in it. ( at least go delete your bullish comments about CBDT ) based on your bullish case for WELL and CBDT, I think I'm going to short WELL asap. I called ...more

Well once again you gloss overt he facts in your effort to pump this POS. YTD in this case means as of Jan. 1, 2022 a relatively short period of time. I suggest you look back 1 year to last summer as I referenced in my post when it was trading at 8$ and tell us all if it tracked the TSX exactly the same. No it hasn't, it has been on a steady decline since then which seems a bit odd to me for ...more

Yet you too choose your own time frame ...see my previous post re the month of May 2019, 2020 and 2021. My point still stands and you have done nothing to dispute it except to choose your own frame of reference with absolutely no evidence except that the sp has fallen. Well you know what, it didn't get to $9.00 overnight nor has it fallen overnight ...except in your eyes. You and Bud, in your ...more

You say one thing and the contrary. If a company's results are improving and its stock is going down, it's usually a good time to buy. Not exactly time to jump the ship, that would mean buy at the top and sell at the bottom.

"If a company's results are improving and its stock is going down, it's usually a good time to buy." Really? There is only one word that comes to my mind on any company that reacts negatively to good news. Ruff..Ruff !!!!

Pretty much all stocks move to the PP price or lower when it happens, regardless of news surrounding the PP. Would be nice if your posts included any substance other then psycho-pop comments.

Hey Cap, that has not been my experience in the three or four companies I am recalling now, and with WELL in particular.  Back on February 19, 2019 there was a private placement with WELL, led by Li Ka Shing, with shares issued at 43 cents, within a penny or two of what the shares were trading at then.  By March 1 shares were trading at 67 cents.  By June 1, 92 cents.  Then it ...more
