Why would ANYONE pay someone to be a basher of WELL? WELL has a very very small short position so can someone tell me why they think there are actually " paid bashers" ?  why are people called " bashers " when they doubt that WELL deserves a 5xSales ( P/S) valuation which shockingly enough is from the very same company that is intimately involved in financing WELL

Entertainment value of this group is going up by the day.  You have one super Senior insider+one middle level insider here. Both very nice, well informed ( too informed lol ) who put a positive spin on everything. Even when WELL went from " tuck-in acquisitions only and absolutely no more dilution " to " we will raise the next round at 10% below market price "

Great post Monty, and your comments about Circle and WISP are a great response to JDSD who said:  " Saying that WELL can buy health assets for 0.2X revenue and they should magically be worth 5X revenue just because WELL now owns them doesn't make ANY sense."    It does not matter whether JDSD thinks this is magic or not, the numbers are there for all to see.

On top of that, I would add better risk distribution. If you own one clinic, your specific risk to the investment is higher than if you own twenty clinics. Most companies that grow fast use the model of consolidating private owned assets from "small" owners (owning one or few locations) and consolidating them together. Just look at ATD, that's how they initially grew so large.
