The following are Analyst Target prices for WELL in October:

Haywood - $9.68, CIBC- $7.00, Maximum Group - $9.00, Stifel Nicolaus - $13.00+,
Echelon Wealth Partners - $8.00.

Surely even the most pessimistic of investors (unless you're a basher) couldn't possibly believe these analysts are all wrong.

In 2021 the median analyst price target for WELL was $12.  The low target was $10 and high was $20.  If we want to be more optimistic, speedy's price target was low $25 and high $50, as he said it was inevitable.  These analyst were all wrong and forced to revise their price target every other month.  Unless you are a complete moron or a boiler room pumper that swindles
