Short Squeeze...?
I haven't followed the short positions as of late on WELL but I recall somewhere that there was a short position on the stock these past few months.
Everyone thinks they know what is going on...but in my 36 years of investing, nothing is ever certain.
When Q4 comes out, based on the preliminary "whispers" of patient engagements, we're likely to continue to move higher...at which point, potential shorts will have to assess if they are on the right side of the trade or not...Fortunately for them, average daily volume for the company are high, if and when they intend to cover....However, if the numbers spark some genuine enthusiam, a short squeeze could really add some fuel to the fire here.
IMHO, the company itself operates in a space that has real potential, and likely to gain governement support as I know more than a few people my age looking to gain acess to medical services, but are caught up in the public cue, and becoming increasingly frustrated....
I am quite confident the "March North" will continue as WELL claws back the market capitalziation that had deterirorated these past couple years...
