1- Hold mostly high-quality, dividend-paying stocks.

2- Spread your money out across most if not all of the five main economic sectors

3- Aggressive stocks shouldn't count more than 15% of your portoflio

4- Downplay or stay out of stocks in the broker/media limelight
 

 

As for WELL,  it is shaping up to be a major player of the Health-care sector ( a goverment-backed recession-resilient)

Iam long on Well.   Planning to cash half of my holding at $15 hoping it happens no later 2025
