Anyone complaining about recent insider selling is either uninformed or intentionally misleading. Those sales which amounted to between 8 -23 thounsand per insider (peanuts) was to cover the cost of receiving an overwhelmingly larger number of shares and overall INCREASE of insider ownership. To say otherwise is to open up yourself to being accused a liar.

Use tipranks. Plenty of trade in august. I'M not complaining They can sell no problem. He received 200k share in compensation selling 113k. Adding 113k shares to the tradable shares. No bid deal IMO.

The amount he received recently was roughly 400,000 shares and it was July 26th not August. If you don't have accurate then you should refrain from commenting.

Wrong. 200,000 shares common stock, 100,000 preferred share units, 100,000 restricted stock units... sold rounghly 113,000 for an almost 300,000 share increase... am I shocked at all the "selling"... no I am not. Don't post information that vaguely refers to insider selling which is alarming to investors without providing clarity..
